How Persiva collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit the site or purchase a product.

PCR Consulting, LLC DBA Persiva (“Persiva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates persivamethod.com and thepersivamethod.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.
By using this website or purchasing any Persiva product, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
This policy applies to residents of the United States only. Persiva does not sell to buyers outside the United States.
02 Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you purchase a Persiva product, we collect the following information through our checkout form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Job title (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Billing address
- Payment information
Payment information, including credit card number and CVV, is processed directly by Stripe and PayPal. Persiva does not receive, store, or have access to your full payment credentials. We retain only the last four digits of your card number, payment method type, and transaction confirmation details as provided by the payment processor.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit persivamethod.com, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL
- Geographic location at the city or region level
This information is collected through Google Analytics and is used to understand how visitors interact with our website. See Section 4 for more detail on how we use this data.
2.3 Information collected through advertising pixels
We use tracking pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads on our website. These pixels collect behavioral and interaction data to help us measure ad performance, build audience segments, and deliver relevant advertising to people who have visited our site.
The data collected by these pixels is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy, respectively. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or through your browser settings.
03 How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process your purchase and deliver your product files.
- To send transactional emails confirming your order and providing your download access.

- Service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate the business, including Stripe (payment processing), PayPal (payment processing), Omnisend (email marketing), Google (analytics and advertising), and Meta (advertising). Each provider processes your data only as necessary to perform their services.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Persiva, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: If Persiva is acquired, merges with another entity, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email if such a transfer materially affects your rights under this policy.
06 Email communications
By completing a purchase on persivamethod.com, you are automatically subscribed to Persiva’s email list managed through Omnisend. You will receive:
- Transactional emails: Order confirmation, download delivery, and purchase receipts. These are required communications and cannot be opted out of while your order is active.
- Marketing emails: Product updates, new release announcements, and promotional offers from Persiva.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Persiva email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your ability to receive transactional emails.
07 Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Purchase and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
- Email marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Website analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default retention settings.
- Customer support correspondence: Retained for three years from the date of last contact.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.
08 Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment data is protected by Stripe’s and PayPal’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Children’s privacy
Persiva does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Our products are designed for and marketed exclusively to working professionals. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us at support@persivamethod.com.
10 California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: Persiva does not sell personal information).
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Note that certain information, such as purchase records required for tax compliance, may be exempt from deletion requests.
11 Your privacy choices
Regardless of your state of residence, you may:

- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify buyers via email at the address on file. Your continued use of the website or Persiva products after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms of service
The terms that govern your purchase and use of The Persiva Method, including your license, refund rights, and the legal agreement between you and PCR Consulting, LLC DBA Persiva.
01Agreement to these terms
By visiting persivamethod.com or thepersivamethod.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any product.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PCR Consulting, LLC DBA Persiva (“Persiva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or any Persiva product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Eligibility
To purchase from Persiva, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident of the United States.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate, complete information at checkout.
Persiva products are sold exclusively to buyers located in the United States. We do not process orders from buyers outside the United States.
03 Products and digital delivery
The Persiva Method is a downloadable digital product bundle. Upon completed payment, you will receive access to your purchased files via a secure download link delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout. Persiva is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or overzealous spam filters.
If you experience a verified technical failure in delivery caused by Persiva, contact us at support@persivamethod.com within 72 hours of purchase. We will investigate and re-deliver your files at no charge.
All product descriptions on persivamethod.com represent the contents of each tier at the time of purchase. Persiva reserves the right to update, revise, or expand product contents at any time. Existing buyers are not entitled to upgrades unless explicitly offered.
04 Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in United States dollars. Persiva processes payments through Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.
Persiva does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment credentials. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal under their respective terms and security standards.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete your purchase is the price you will be charged.
05 Refund policy
All sales are final. Because Persiva products are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice.
Limited exception: If you contact us at support@persivamethod.com within 72 hours of your purchase date and you have not downloaded any files associated with your order, we will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may issue a full refund. Once any file in your order has been downloaded, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
If you experience a technical delivery failure caused by Persiva, we will re-deliver your files. A re-delivery does not constitute a refund and does not reset the 72-hour refund window.
Chargebacks initiated outside this policy will be disputed. Evidence of purchase, delivery, and these Terms will be submitted to the applicable payment processor.
06 License and intellectual property
Upon purchase, Persiva grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license to access and use the purchased materials for your own internal business purposes. The scope of permitted use is defined by the tier you purchased, as described in the license terms included in every Persiva deliverable.
Regardless of tier, the following are prohibited for all buyers:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any Persiva Method material as your own product or as part of a competing product.
- Removing, obscuring, or altering any Persiva copyright notice, trademark, or attribution.
- Sharing download links, login credentials, or file copies with individuals who have not purchased their own Persiva license.
- Publishing or distributing Persiva Method materials on any platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
- Using Persiva Method content to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence models or AI-powered products.
All content included in The Persiva Method, including but not limited to frameworks, templates, scripts, scorecards, workbooks, training decks, and written guides, is the intellectual property of PCR Consulting, LLC and is protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. section 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright treaties.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Persiva Method materials may result in civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by law.
07 Marketing communications
By completing a purchase, you are automatically added to Persiva’s email list. You will receive transactional emails related to your order and periodic product and marketing communications from Persiva via Omnisend.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any Persiva email. Transactional emails related to your purchase cannot be opted out of while your order is active.
08 Prohibited conduct
When using persivamethod.com, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect content from the site.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information at checkout.
- Use the website or any Persiva product for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the website.
09 Disclaimers
The Persiva Method provides recruiting frameworks, templates, scripts, and operational tools. It does not constitute legal, financial, employment, or human resources legal advice. Results will vary based on your industry, company size, hiring volume, and how consistently you implement the system.
Persiva makes no guarantees regarding specific hiring outcomes, time-to-fill reductions, offer acceptance rates, or other performance metrics. Any benchmarks or statistics referenced in Persiva materials are provided for informational purposes only.
The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCR Consulting, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any Persiva product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or any Persiva product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11 Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Persiva website, or any Persiva product will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Arbitration will take place in Florida or, at your election, via videoconference. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Persiva.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any matter not subject to arbitration under Section 11 will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy at persivamethod.com/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Persiva with respect to your use of this website and any Persiva product. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
