Why we built it

The market was selling the wrong thing.

Walk into most growth-stage companies and you find the same scene. A spreadsheet standing in for an applicant tracking system. No intake process. No metrics anyone could show leadership. The recruiter was handed the hiring, but never the system to run it.

Certification programs and courses promised to fix this. They taught theory, handed out a completion badge, and kept the one thing that actually mattered: the tools. The spreadsheets, the scorecards, the scripts, the decks that a real talent function runs on.
