What file formats are included?
Word documents, Excel workbooks, fillable PDFs, and PowerPoint decks. Every deliverable is delivered in the format that makes it most useful, and you can open them all in software you already have.
What software do I need?
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace covers the documents, spreadsheets, and decks, and any free PDF reader handles the fillable forms. Nothing to install beyond that.
Can my team share the files?
Persiva Pro and Advanced are licensed for your own use. Persiva Enterprise includes a team and client deployment license, so you can roll the system out across the organization.
Is this right for my company size?
The system is built for growth-stage companies of roughly 50 to 500 people, and for founders running their own hiring before there is an HR function. If you own the hiring, it fits.
How are the files delivered?
Immediately. After checkout you get instant download links for every file in your tier on the confirmation page, and a copy of those links by email.
Do the deliverables get updated?
Yes. When we revise a deliverable, you get the new version at no extra cost, and we email you so you know what changed.
Do I have to finish a course first?
No. This is infrastructure, not a course. There is no curriculum and no completion badge. You open the files and start running searches the same day.
Using the system.
Where do I access my files?
In My Account under Downloads. You can re-download every file in your tier as many times as you need, so there is nothing to lose track of.
Where should I start?
Open the Recruiting Lifecycle Workflow Sheet first to see the whole process on one page, then run your next search starting from the intake meeting agenda.
How do I use the interview scorecard?
Give one fillable scorecard to each interviewer and have them complete it immediately after the interview, scoring against the same six competencies. The debrief process sheet shows how to combine them.
Can I customize the templates?
Yes. Every file is yours to edit. Add your logo, adjust the competencies to your roles, and change the language to match how your company talks. The structure is the part that matters.
How do I roll it out to my team?
Persiva Advanced and Enterprise include the recruiter training deck and onboarding guide for exactly this. Run the deck, assign the case studies, and your whole team is on the same process in a week.
Quick fixes for the common snags.
A download link is not working
Open the order confirmation email and use the most recent link, which never expires.
If it still fails, sign in to My Account and re-download from the Downloads tab.
Still stuck, email support@persivamethod.com with your order number and we will resend.
You cannot sign in to My Account
Use the email you checked out with. An account is created automatically at purchase.
Choose lost password to set a new one if you have not signed in before.
If the email is not recognized, contact support and we will locate your order.
A file will not open
Confirm you have a current version of Office, Google Workspace, or a PDF reader.
Download the file again in case the first download was interrupted.
Tell us your software and the file name and we will send a compatible copy.
